TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our SERVICE PROTECTION ensures your table is in good hands. This coverage applies in the unlikely event of mistakes resulting from our service. If errors caused by our service occur within six months, we will return to repair or replace damaged parts for FREE.

 

Anything that does not result from our mistake or failure will not be covered.

Scope of Service:

​

  1. Leveling is guaranteed for six months.

  2. Felt installation is guaranteed for six months. 

  3. Installation is guaranteed for six months.

  4. Repair is guaranteed for six months.

  5. Cushion replacement is guaranteed for six months.

  6. Tabletop game installation & repair is guaranteed for six months.


To qualify for the Billiard Maintenance Service Guarantee, you must purchase the service directly through our company, Billiard Maintenance.

WHAT IS COVERED?

​

1. Relocation:

This guarantee covers faulty relocation services for pool tables for six months from the service completion date. If any issues arise due to improper relocation of your pool table within this period, we'll rectify them at no additional cost.

 

2. Leveling:

This guarantee covers faulty leveling services for pool tables for six months from the service completion date. If your pool table becomes unlevelled due to faulty leveling within this period, we'll readjust it to meet industry standards.

 

3. Refelting:

This guarantee covers faulty refelting services for pool tables for six months from the service completion date. If any defects or issues arise with the refelting within this period, we'll promptly address them to restore your table. "Not the felt itself but faulty felt installation."

 

4. Installation:

This guarantee covers faulty installation services for pool tables for six months from the service completion date. If any installation-related issues arise within this period, we'll take the necessary steps to resolve them.

 

5. Repair:

This guarantee covers pool table faulty repair services for six months from the service completion date. If any repair-related issues arise within this period, we'll promptly address them to restore your pool table.

 

6. Cushion Replacement:

This guarantee covers faulty cushion replacement services for pool tables for six months from the service completion date. If any issues arise with the cushion replacement within this period, we'll rectify them promptly.

 

7. Tabletop Game Installation & Repair:

This guarantee covers faulty installation and repair services for tabletop games for six months from the service completion date. If any issues arise with the installation or repair of tabletop games within this period, we'll promptly address them to ensure your satisfaction.

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

​

1. Unauthorized Tampering:

This guarantee does not cover pool tables tampered with or moved by unauthorized individuals after the original installation. This includes unauthorized adjustments, modifications, or relocations.

 

2. Improper Handling:

Pool tables that have been hastily moved or relocated for carpet installation or other reasons by individuals other than our authorized technicians are not covered. Proper handling during relocation is essential to maintain the integrity of the pool table.

 

3. Non-Standard Installations:

Pool tables improperly installed with extra accessories, like pool table lamps or LEDs, by a third party or DIY or that have been lifted or stepped on are not covered under this guarantee.

 

4. Natural Circumstances:

This guarantee does not cover problems arising from any natural circumstances, such as earthquakes, floods, etc. While we strive to provide durable and reliable services, we cannot be held liable for damages caused by natural disasters.

 

Our coverage is only for the service itself. Pool table parts used to perform the services are covered by their respective retailers.

To make a claim, don't hesitate to contact us and provide details of the issue. We may require documentation or evidence to process your claim.

 

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER

 

Customers are responsible for following proper care and maintenance procedures to ensure the continued effectiveness of the guarantee. 

 

TRANSFERABILITY

This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the service.
